This stunning contemporary home is a spa-like retreat, with a harmonious blending of indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Beneath this remarkable 6,000-square-foot home’s charm and good looks lies a functional, flexible floor plan designed to accommodate the changing needs of an active family. Jeff gave meticulous attention to the details we requested. He made sure the quality was the best and that expectations were met. — Bruce and Linda Ramshaw
A custom-designed gourmet kitchen is the heart of this cutting-edge home. The three-level floor plan has open spaces for groups, as well as private retreats for family members. The quality of construction was amazing and very professional. We handed Jeff a non-traditional project—creating a more contemporary feel incorporating newer technology, custom design, and industrial fabrication—which he handled without problem. The result is a beautiful home that is truly a joy to wake up in and come home to at the end of the day. — William and Bridgid Kinney
Purpose-built as a luxury bed and breakfast inn, this elegant Queen Anne-style home pampers guests with modern-day conveniences amid Victorian charm. The main floor has beautifully appointed common areas where guests can gather and a spacious professional kitchen, designed to accommodate cooking classes and culinary events. There are four upstairs guest rooms with large private baths. The lower level has a private 900-square-foot owner’s apartment. Hercon delivered the top-quality finishes we were looking for in our Queen Anne B&B. —Mary Schlueter
The homeowner worked with architect Linda Phillips to design this modern-day interpretation of a Cotswold cottage, which Hercon brought to life. Interior walls are finished with American Clay, an environmentally friendly earth plaster colored with vibrant natural pigments. The custom-designed woodwork was crafted from red oak. Floors are character-grade maple. One of the things I enjoyed most about working with Jeff and the Hercon crew was their willingness to explore new products and ideas.
